This piece was for an assignment in my Basic Painting class at my previous educational institution. The task was to create a self portrait piece as realistically as you can, so I painted one of my “Sona’s” named Julia—a version of myself that represents me in my most vunerable states, where I’m at my worst mentally. I used acrylic paints on a 11 x 15 canvas.
